Diamonds in the Rough
Gloria Meyer
This quilt has been designed using eighteen
nickel strips (5” cuts by the width of the fabric)
with the addition of a background fabric. Easy
piecing and the use of a variety of fabrics will
make a pretty, but scrappy quilt. You could
use a fewer number of fabrics, provided you
still have a minimum of 18 nickel strips. A
greater number of fabrics could be used to
make your quilt even more scrappy.
Dates: Saturday, March 6
Time: 1:00 -5:00 pm
Fee: $40.00 plus pattern & materials
Rachel’s Delight

and/or colours to make a pretty, but scrappy
quilt.
